Whenever we’re abroad or don’t need our apartments in Berlin, we’ve been subletting them or renting one room out. We’ve done so for a while now and have mostly had great encounters with interesting guests from all over the world, be it from close by like Hannover or from as far as New Zealand.

If You like what You see here, we are looking forward to meet You and will gladly welcome You as our guest.

Apart from craigslist we now list the places on airbnb, too – for those guests that rather rent via an agency – although You can feel entirely safe with us: that is why we only ask for a payment of the first night in order to fix a reservation via craigslist and the rest in cash when You’re here.

Please be aware that due to the fees,
our airbnb rates are a bite higher than here!

 

And one last remark:

We rent our places out, when we don't need them ourselves. That means: they have "signs of living" and character. 
People who expect standardized Ikea vacation apartments will be disappointed. 
Our places are not  hotel rooms. That also means, that they are not polished every day, but  are "normal clean".
