I've got a spare furnished room (non-smoking) with a great view for You, if You're looking for a temporary stay in Berlin and like to share my fabulous Kreuzberg apartment on the top floor (9th, elevator of course) of a big building between Landwehrkanal and Kottbusser Tor, (65 sq m) with me, a male nurse and psychologist.

The apartment building is only half a minute away from subway lines 1 and 8 and two minutes from bus lines M 29 and 140 and it is only three minutes from the water.
The area is Kreuzberg at its best: culturally very mixed - German, Turkish and Arab families, artists, musicians, freaks - some alcohol and junk addicts around the "Kotti" subway station are harmless and tolerated -  the overall feel is easy-going. The same goes for the inhabitants of my building.

Your room is equipped with a very comfy queen size bed and all necessary utilities. It is suitable for singles or couples. You'll have free wifi access.
The bathroom has got a nice big tub and a washing machine, the kitchen is spacious and has got a big fridge, oven & micro wave, a dish washer, etc. 
The neighborhood is lively, the apartment quiet though.

Costs are: 29 € per night (35 for two persons) 170 € per week (200 for two persons) 490 € per month (550 for two persons). That includes linen and towels and internet. There is no cleaning fee, just a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros.
The room is bookable short term (two nights) or long term (two months).
