Sample for a SUBLET AGREEMENT

from XXXXX to XXXXXX   2012       XXXX will sublet a room of his apartment at XXXXXX in       Berlin to XXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX, who will receive keys for the flat.

The rent of XXX Euros is to be paid cash upon arrival (minus a down payment of XX Euros already received). There is an additional 150 € deposit, that will be returned to the guests after the sublet period - if everything is left o k (no damages) and c l e a n (vacuum cleaning, dusting).

The facilities/utilities in the flat are accessible to the guests (dishes, linen &towels, washing machine, wifi (no illegald downloads or streaming!), etc).

We ask You to kindly not leave the apartment lights or dishwasher and washing machine on when absent and to respect the peace and the rules of the building. There's a maximum of two guests that are allowed to stay at a time.

Please leave the apartment in the condition You' ve found it in. Nothing should be removed. Should there be any damages that You have caused, please take care of it. In case of emergency, Thorsten can be contacted at XXXXXXX
